· Manage website orders and update into internal dashboard
· Performing order conformations by contacting customers
· Handling queries from all channels Phone call, Email and Chat
· Be able to communicate clearly & effectively in English & Hindi in both written and verbal
· Assigning orders on shipping portal periodically
· Contacting courier partners for Pick up and delivery issues,escalating and solving them on priority
· Delivering daily insightful reports of orders
· Maintaining inventory of the products
Desired Skills
· Must have experience in working for e-commerce companies
· Expertise with computer operations, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet browsing
· Excellent and fluent English written and oral communication skills
· Analytical skill set would be a great asset.
