Remuneration: Rs. Lac Per annum + Up-to 2500 Monthly Night shift allowance + Medical Insurance to Rs. Lac Per annum + Up-to 2500 Monthly Night shift allowance + Medical Insurance

Transportation: Home pick and drop transport at subsidized rates

Essential Skill Set Required

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge

3. Professional in conduct/behavior, appearance and communication

4. Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing

Job Responsibilities/What will you do

OB Process: Evening/Night Shift process

· It is a Voice Process with night shifts

· Agent has to resolve the query on the calls related to product & services

· Interaction with the US based customers

· Issue will be in the form of tickets comprises of all the details of the problem

· Agent has to understand the issue and call shall be made accordingly to the customer
