Urgent and Immediately Hiring CSA for one of the leading client.

Education: Graduate/Undergraduate – Minimum 12th (HSC)

Experience: Minimum 6 months Customer Service Experience

Fresher: Minimum HSC

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Age: Above 18+ Years

Language Known: Read, Write and Speak English and Hindi

Must have:

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with 0% grammatical error, including ability to communicate effectively

 Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

 Typing Speed should be: 20 WPM with 80% of accuracy

 Preferably broadband with minimum 10 MBPS speed. (WFH)

 Laptop or desktop in good working condition

 WFH Environment – Personal Space to work, No or minimal background noise

 Type of Tests – Paragraph Reading, Typing Test, Fashion Test, Grammar Test

 Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

 Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
