We are hiring for Customer Service Executive for a Global Brand
Roles and Responsibilities:
Receiving Calls from the customers and make them understand the benefits of product/Services
Following quality parameters while talking or dealing with customers and clients.
Resolving issues related to customer & supplier onboarding.
Participating in all organizational activities like RNR | Fun Activities and Sports activities.
Coordination with Team Supervisor and colleagues in case of any doubts and problems
Clearing customer doubts
Desired Candidate Profile:
Ensure complete and correct information is transferred to the customer on every call
Should handle the customers confidently and assertively
Should be able to communicate in grammatically correct Hindi, English & Kannada
Should be able to understand an comprehend Hindi, English & Kannada
Should be able to speak professional
Clarity of Speech
No MTI affecting pronunciation/Understanding
Process and product awareness
Industry and domain knowledge
Customers centricity
Should have basic knowledge of operating computer
Good in Communication & Customer Support Skills through phone, chat or email.
Language- Excellent Hindi, English & Kannada communication.
Should have capability for delivering product & application training to customers to do end to end.

* Candidate must speak fluent Hindi, English & Kannada
* Must know basic computer.
