Job Description: Customer Service (US Shift)- BPO
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate who can offer excellent customer service and after sales support.
2. Who can handle feedback calls & do complaint handling by resolving customer complaints brought to your attention within the time limits.
3. Managing orders and ensuring their prompt delivery.
4. Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
5. Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
6. Customer orientation & ability to respond different types of customers.
7. Answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions.
8. Respond to customer inquiries, based on customer needs, recommend appropriate technical solutions promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Prior Years proven experience of Customer Service(Voice) in International process.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Salary Range
• Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- pm
• High Incentives Extra No. of openings-2 Shift Timings- US Shift
