Job purpose
To work as a part of an established UK based property management business. The agent is required to efficiently manage incoming calls from the business clients and accomplish admin duties as mentioned below.
Duties and responsibilities
• Handover from UK team via call and email.
• Answer customer calls and provide support and resolutions.
• All calls to be documented as per the process and sent across at the end of the shift.
• General admin tasks
o Adding new information on company website
o Post ads on social media handles
o Customer Invoicing
o Any additional tasks as and when required
Qualifications
• Education – Any Graduation (Preferable)

Experience
• No Experience Required as full training will be provided
Work timings
• 40 working hours / 5 days a week
