Designation: - Customer Sales/ Tele-Sales Executive.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Tele-Sales Executive to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients. They should be responsible for Customer Sales and follow-up of all customer queries. The candidate will be required to interact with our clients the moment a lead is received, on a real-time basis. The customer sales executive will also get incentives apart from Salary.

Job Profile-

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Handle online website inquiries and generate sales through leads by Telecalling and mailing.

• Candidate should have good communication skills and can talk to the customers on call in Hindi & English.

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using script.

• Answer questions of the customers about products and services of the company

• Customer sales executives should understand the customer's requirements and have to convince the customer to purchase the product and close the lead.

• Enter and update customer information in the Database.

• Maintain Customer lead Data follow-up on our CRM.

Qualifications:

• The applicant should be a graduate from any stream.

• Work experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketers or a similar role in the Sales Department will be preferred

• He/she should have a good command of English and/or Hindi language & basic Computer skills.

• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
