Position Title: International Call Center Sales Representative (Fresher)

Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and driven individual to join our international call center sales team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential USA customers and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products/services

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to close sales deals

Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up

Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:

Comfortable working on night shift

Minimum of Higher Secondary pass-out qualification

Excellent communication skills in English

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Sales experience is a plus but not required
