Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the companys products/services.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

Minimum 12th pass qualification.

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/customer service are welcome.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Basic computer knowledge
