Vedika Technologies is hiring a Customer Sales Executive to engage with potential customers, promote our services, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, wed love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Contact and communicate effectively with leads generated online.

Product Knowledge: Provide clear and detailed information about our services, addressing customer inquiries.

Follow-Ups: Nurture potential customers through calls and emails, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive conversions and improve customer engagement.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Skills Required

Fluent English-speaking skills with excellent articulation and persuasion abilities.

Customer-focused mindset to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.

Basic computer knowledge to manage emails, CRM entries, and digital communication.

Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative environment.
