Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Internet Sales Expert, you will drive online sales and customer engagement, offering tailored solutions and ensuring exceptional service to Australian customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective customers through various online platforms (website, chat, email, phone) to convert leads into sales. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Build long-lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Product Knowledge & Online Presence: Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings, providing expert-level consultations. Work closely with the marketing team to align website content and promotions with customer needs.

Customer Support & Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues through multiple channels. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and key metrics, achieve sales targets, and maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Requirements:

Proven experience in online sales, preferably in the Australian market.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital products.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in digital or tech-related sales.

Familiarity with Australian consumer behavior and regulatory compliance.

Shift Timings: 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST (Mon-Fri).
