Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of professional development and skill enhancement courses.
Timings: 10AM to 7PM
Working Days:06 Days
Shift - Day
Week Off: Rotational
Salary: 15k to 18k + Incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email to promote our training programs and certifications.
Clearly explain course benefits, content, pricing, and career outcomes to prospective learners.
Identify customer needs and recommend the right courses based on career goals and interests.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with potential clients to convert interest into enrollments.
Achieve daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM tools.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Eligibility
1+ years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into successful enrollments.
Basic computer skills
Fluency in English
