As a Customer Sales Executive specializing in Diamond Jewelry, your primary role is to engage with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the process of selecting and purchasing exquisite diamond jewelry. This position requires a customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a positive and personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, establish rapport, and actively listen to their preferences. Guide customers through the selection process, providing product knowledge and addressing any questions or concerns.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the diamond jewelry collection, including the 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, and carat). Effectively communicate the unique features and craftsmanship of each piece.

Sales Assistance: Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by highlighting the value and quality of the diamond jewelry. Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and budget considerations.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling complementary products. Enhance the customer's shopping experience by suggesting additional items that align with their tastes.

Customer Service: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from initial contact to post-purchase. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Customization: Collaborate with customers interested in customizing jewelry pieces. Provide guidance on design options, materials, and pricing to meet individual preferences.

Sales Targets: Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets by actively participating in promotional events, engaging in outreach efforts, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
