Job description
Responsible for Customer Sales and follow up of all customer queries.
Merchandize display to maximize customer impact and increase sales.
Record Sales on Point-of Sale registers, handle Cash, and execute store opening and closing procedures
Receive / Return Inventory and update system to reflect inward and outward flow of goods.
Maintaining customer data for customer Loyalty Programs
The Manager will need to Co-ordinate with Head office for day-to-day operation issues and reports.
Responsible for motivating staff and achieving targets given by Head Office.
Ensuring smooth operations of stores.
Manage Inventory control and make sure there are no discrepancies in stock.
Re-ordering and maintaining healthy stock.
Required Candidate profile
Self motivated individuals who want to be part of our rapidly growing retail store chain.
Is responsible for taking care of the shop and all the operational issues involved with the day to day running of the Retail store.
Have good communication skills, fluency in English preferred, and should look presentable at all times.
Have ability to convince and influence people and establish strong customer relationships.
Have good inventory management skills.
Should have basic computer skills and knowledge of Excel, Word, Email, etc.
The candidates with Book retail or Toys retail will be preferred.
The candidates should have atleast One year experience in their respective designation
