Job Description:
Position Overview: As a “Customer Sales Associate” at Legal251, you will play a pivotal
role in driving revenue growth by actively promoting and selling our legal services. You will
be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and
ensuring the satisfaction of our clientele. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of sales
experience, and a passion for the legal services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients who require legal
services.
Consultative Sales: Understand clients' unique needs and provide tailored solutions to meet
their legal requirements. Educate clients on the benefits and advantages of our services.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with
existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the legal landscape,
ensuring that you are well-informed to address client inquiries and concerns.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales
strategies.
Sales Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and
outcomes, using the company's CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Legal251's services, pricing, and promotions to
effectively communicate this information to potential and existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in B2B sales and/or in the technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
