Agent will be responsible for handling incoming/outgoing calls from customers/Patient calling from various cities. He/She will then have to reply to those queries in a set format, book Doctor appointments on a portal, comfort the customer in a case of emergency, transfer the call to other departments if required, etc.

- Candidate should have excellent communication skills required and partial sales experience; Should be fluent in English; Candidate should be comfortable with Rotational Shifts & Week offs
