About the job
As a Brand Support Champion (BSC), you will be responsible for understanding, handling, and coordinating the entire customer support journey for our clients and delivering an exceptional experience.
You must have impeccable reading and writing skills and communication (English) skills.
The ideal candidate is empathetic and understands how to resolve customer queries in a prompt and efficient manner. The candidate must also be well-versed or willing to learn and use various tools. You will have opportunities to grow into other roles as the company continues to evolve.
This role is specifically for women support agents for the Beauty and Wellness sector. You must be willing to spend time learning about the products and their features.
Responsibilities
The candidate should be a dedicated and smart worker with multi-tasking abilities and oriented towards customer satisfaction.
The candidate should be willing to work in a 24*7 kind of work environment and should be flexible with shifts.
Responsible to support day-to-day queries via voice calls and chats.
Excellent call and email etiquette; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Effective problem-solving skills, including decision-making, time management, and immediate prioritization of tasks.
Assists customers with product selection, answer questions empathetically and suggests various product options that are available.
Knows how to respond to negative comments/ queries.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of support experience (Preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English & Hindi (Other languages known would be an added bonus)
