Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

*Attend the customer concerns over the call in a professional manner,

*Resolve the general inquiry at his/ her end.

*Forward complaints and requests to respective Backline.

*Able to communicate in Hindi & English.

*Communicate and coordinate with internal departments over mails & calls

*Communicate with the customer over call back and mail (whenever required).

Requirements for Front Line Candidate:-

Good communication Skills

*Verbal:- Able to understand and speak in English & Hindi

*Written:- Able to write emails to coordinate with internal departments as well as customers.

Spontaneous

*To provide the best solution to customer's concerns over the call.

*To handle & satisfy a customer in every situation.

Positive attitude

*Open to learn new things.
