We are hiring for an Inbound process for Unistore.

Unistore is a premium business process where employees need to work with the e-commerce industry and

act in any of the campaigns/help desks to support customers who buy products from Tata Cliq platform.

- Must have excellent communication skills in English with Bengali/Hindi linguistic.

- Must have very good reading & comprehending skills in English, Bengali and Hindi.

- Must have basic knowledge of computer.

- Must be able to handle calls and resolve customer querries smartly.

- Any Fresher and Exprience both can apply for this job.

Job Duties:

Answer incoming customer inquiries

Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products,

services, and policies.

Record customer information within our customer service database

Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while

actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions

to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.

Walk-in-interviews: 10 AM to 1 PM (Monday to Friday)
