It's an inbound customer service where you get calls from the premium clients.

Queries are related to internet issues, extra values added to billing or deductions in the billing plan, etc

Transport facility available for Odd hours (between 8 PM till 6 AM), for day time shuttle facility (Pick and drop) for nearest metro station as Noida city center and Vaishali.
