• Designation – Relationship Officer

• Age – 21 to 25 Yrs. 

• Education – Graduate

• Job Type – Permanent

• Training Period – 1 Month (Confirmation to RO subject to Sales Exam/Certification only – Max 2 Attempts only.) 1st Attempt after 30 days, 2nd Attempt after 7 days of 1st Attempt.

• Probation – 6 Months

• CTC Per Annum –As per Minimum Wages act Applicable to the state.

• Experience – Freshers Only or 0 – 3 yrs. of experience in Sales in other industry.

• Mandatory Documents – Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Driving License & Two-Wheeler

• Main Responsibilities: -

• Sourcing and Group Formation.

• Conduct CPV (Contact Point Verification)

• Conduct CGT (Continuous Group Training)

• Organize and Prepare customers for Group Recognition Test

• Conduct Center Meeting Process & done Collection.

• Loan maintenance & Other Responsibilities
