Designation: Customer Relationship Officer

Qualification: Any Qualification

Experience: Min 6months Experience

Timings: 9:30AM - 6:30PM

Salary: Upto 16,000 Fixed

Process: Voice process (outbound calling)

Location: Bangalore

Requirement: Good communication skills in English & Kannada

Job description:

*Need to prospect and identify potential clients who are interested in selling properties. This involves researching market trends and identifying leads through referrals, networking, and advertising.

*Need to build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences, providing guidance, and addressing their concerns throughout the selling process.

*Need to manage the sales from end to end process

*Need to maintain accurate records of all sales, including client information, property details, and sales transactions.

Overall, your role as a real estate sales officer is to drive revenue growth for your company by effectively marketing, selling, and closing real estate transactions.
