Job Description

• Making regular calls to customer for feedback and grievances if any

• A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision making skills

• He/she has to deal with existing clients & maintain relationship with the clients

• Solving clients’ complaints & follow-up for payments

• Maintaining CRM database and sharing status reports to management

• Making reminder calls & emails to individual clients on daily basis

• Update Collection Report for management on daily basis with calling remarks



• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross selling

• Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems

• Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers

• Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers

• Handling the customer queries via email, phone calls and face-to-face.

• Updating the existing customers on the on-going projects on regular basis.

• Responsible for all documentation, support and feedback information post sales

• Preparation of MIS.
