Job Responsibilities:

To build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services provided by the agency.

Responsible for maintaining customer data and ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.

Developing and implementing customer retention strategies to ensure that customers continue to use the agency's services. This may include creating loyalty programs, offering special discounts or incentives, and providing excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for generating regular reports on customer interactions, sales, and marketing campaigns.

Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc

should also have knowledge on International Packaging

Requirement and Skills :

Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Demonstrable ability to handle crises
