First level of contact between the customer and the organization Follow up with clients on Agreements, Handing over, Registrations, Services and Maintenance
Work closely with the sales team and assist in sales process. Present information to various teams in the required report formats.
Work independently to be able to prioritize & meet deadlines
Over all in charge of customer satisfaction and collections post-sales
Post sales, follow with customers for completion of all documentation formalities. Monitor customer account details for non-payments delayed payments
Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team
Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
Understand key customer individual needs and address the same
Meet with managers in the organization to plan strategically
Conduct business reviews with the sales team
Know your competition and strategies accordingly
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
