Job Description
The ideal candidate should be highly soft spoken and ready to work in customer relationship manager and
make the good relationship with customer.
Rolls and Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and chats
• Strong knowledge of banking products
• Managing & sourcing credit card/personal loan customers
• Deepening relationships with existing customer base of bank customers
• Should be thorough with the application process and eligibility
• Should be able to provide customers with detailed information on products, services & offers
• Ability to handle all customer queries and complaints and resolved with in TAT.
• Ability to up-sell a credit product to other banking product customers
• Responsible to work upon undelivered cases and escalate wherever necessary.
• Retaining the customer’s by providing information on banking channels and benefits.
• Handling escalation cases and resolve customer query by coordinating with product and operations
team.
• Ability to build rapport in diverse workforce in a multicultural setting.
Competencies and Skills Required
Customer Relationship Manager plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the
client company. The major skills and competencies that we are looking for in a candidate are:

5. Ability to handle work well and maintain quality
Qualifications/Other Requirements
1. Any Graduate/Preferably Commerce Graduate
2. 3-4 years’ experience in Tele-Calling or Voice Process for Banking Sector
3. Public/Private Sector Banks, Fintech's and NBFCs candidates will be preferred
