• Develop and generate business • Channel management & development like: • Conduct field investigations to increase business volumes • Follow up / Ensure for credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted • Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre / post disbursement • Complete control of NPA and overdue cases and their overall reduction to minimal • Abreast with the competitor’s strategies and market activities / preferences • Customer service – Attending to customer inquires / grievance on a timely basis • To submit MIS to the Management. • To understand & carry out all the other responsibilities as per the instruction by the company •
