Sales Relationship Manager's Job Description
We are searching for engaged Relationship Manager’s to boost sales by reaching out to
current and possible clients. To this end, the Relationship Manager will be required to obtain
lists of customer's information, and to source data for additional members of the target
customers. You should also note down important notes during conversations to facilitate
follow-ups.
To be successful as a Relationship Manager, you should be able to convince even the
toughest of customers to purchase our offerings.
Relationship Manager’s Responsibilities:
● Studying the details of services and remaining abreast of updates to these services.
● Obtaining and updating lists of customer's contact details.
● Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of services.
● Addressing client's uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
● Noting important details of each conversation.
● Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to team lead for closing.
● Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
● Regular follow-ups with clients to ensure closing
● Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related
expectations.
● Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others'
dispositions.
