As a leading real estate company, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Female CRM Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the satisfaction of our existing clients and managing post-sales processes, including money recovery.

Role Overview:-

We are looking for a dynamic Female CRM Specialist aged between 30-35 years to manage and enhance the post-sales experience for our clients who have purchased flats from us. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in customer relationship management, and a keen ability to handle financial transactions and recoveries.

Key Responsibilities:-

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-purchase, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Post-Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to clients after the sale, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.

Money Recovery: Manage the collection of outstanding payments from clients, including following up on overdue accounts and negotiating payment plans where necessary.

Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and professional communication throughout the recovery process.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and payment histories. Prepare regular reports on recovery status and client feedback

Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve any disputes or challenges related to post-sales and financial matters with a focus on customer satisfaction and company
