We are looking for a skilled CRM (Customer Relationship Management) professional with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that enhance the relationship between our company and its customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction

- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize customer interactions

- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and feedback

- Develop personalized marketing campaigns to target specific customer segments

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer engagement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- 3-6 years of experience in CRM or related roles

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Experience designing and implementing customer engagement strategies

- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
