Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize customer interactions
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and feedback
- Develop personalized marketing campaigns to target specific customer segments
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in CRM or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience designing and implementing customer engagement strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
