Job Description

1. Experience in Real Estate Industry preferred.

2. Strong communication skills along with customer oriented attitude.

Jobs and Responsibilities:

1. Co-ordination with Sales team to process new bookings and execution of post sales activities.

2. Presenting monthly/ quarterly targets vs. achievement reports to the Management.

3. To take necessary action for effective collection /recovery.

4. To prepare & maintain various MIS reports related to collection, Inventory, outstanding etc.

5. To resolve customer queries within stipulated time frame through mail & telephone.

6. To resolve delayed payment/ Non payment /Defaulter/Interest related cases.

7. Co-ordination with Legal department to schedule & execute sub lease deeds.

8. To ensure smooth physical possession / handover of unit/Plot/Flat to the customer.

9. Execution of cancellation/surrender cases.

10. Verification & approval of Brokers/Dealers Commission bills
