Plan activity on Customers birthday & marriage anniversary and purchase schemes
Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, designs, and collections
Ensure that jewellery displays are attractive and well-maintained to enhance the shopping experience
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Forms, Google Sheets will be strong tools to organize schedule, reminders, data analysis and reporting
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products to Customers
Prepare Logical Incentive plans for sales team members to grow business with liquidity of unwanted stock
Collaborate with Sales associates, Designers, and Karigars to ensure a seamless Customer experience
Stay informed about competitors' products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends to drive business growth
Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and Customer service skills
Strong Follow up with Customers, Karigars, and Vendors to ensure successful deals
