As a Business Development / Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for
driving growth and fostering long-term relationships with clients in the environment and ESG
divisions. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and
cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the environment and ESG sectors.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for prospective
clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, or related field.
Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the environmental
consulting industry.
Strong network of contacts in the environment and ESG sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
URGENT REQUIREMENT
Salary ; Based on previous salary, Company will give 20% to 30% hike
