Handling team of Sales Coordinators, Telecallers & TSI Coordinators.

Resolving team complaints quickly and efficiently.

Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs.

Pitching sales and taking the orders on daily basis from respective sales team.

Good in planning, implements, and managing sales forecast and budget processes.

Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy, and process to achieve the target

Identification and development of new dealers in the regions.

Building an effective team which is target driven and lead the team.

Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
