About the role:

● Execution and measurement of customer support across all channels, including

update tracking, analysis, and evaluation.

● Diligently address and resolve customer inquiries and issues via e-mails and calls.

● Ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of efficiency and

attentiveness.

● Engage in both inbound and outbound communication.

● Resolve the real-time queries of esteemed customers, foster customer retention, and

provide service-related information as needed.

● Ensure all the customer queries/issues are being resolved on priority with clarity and

promptness.
