Position Overview:
As a Customer Relationship Manager at Topmentor, you will play a critical role in connecting with potential candidates, understanding their educational needs, and converting these interactions into successful admissions. Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to prospects, conducting engaging conversations, and providing detailed information about our programs to encourage enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with potential candidates through phone calls and other communication channels.
Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discussions with candidates to understand their educational and career objectives.
Program Promotion: Provide clear and compelling information about Topmentors programs, services, and benefits to prospective students.
Conversion: Convert prospects into admissions by addressing their queries, overcoming objections, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Customer Support: Offer ongoing support and assistance to candidates throughout the admission process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in our CRM system. Provide regular reports on conversion rates and progress.
Requirements:
Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
