Full Job Description
To ensure that Post sales follow up is done as per proposed timeline
To ensure that Voice of customer is recorded and entered in the system correctly
To assist the Customer Relationship manager
To maintain weekly reports and share internally for solution analysis
To make a report of the delight parameters recorded across customer interaction.
To ensure correct contact details of the customer are maintained in the system.
To do a Root cause analysis of the complaints registered with the help of other functions.
To follow new processes defined from time to time.
To follow up on closure of complaints until customer confirms of satisfaction
Qualification & Skills:
Ø Experience in a similar role in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership environment.
Ø MBA/Graduate.
Ø Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Ø Excellent skills in the MS Office program (Word, Excel PPT, CRM DMS)
Ø Knowledge of industry regulations, health and safety standards.
