Job Description
We are looking for a Sr Executive for Department Customer Relationship for our organization.
Roles and responsibilities:
Handling all customer queries and complain over emails/Whatsapp/Calls
Provide permanent resolution to customer issues.
Forward refund detail to Accounts for refund processing.
Track shipments and coordinate with courier partners.
Maintain customer records.
Interactively collect customer information.
Collect feedback from customers.
What are we looking for?
Experience- Minimum 1 years’ experience in handling Customer issues
Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree
Language Skills: English Language Required
