Customer Relationship Executive
Experience- 2 to 3 years
Qualification- Any Graduate
Location -Nagpur

Job Responsibilities:
• Generation of Leads and qualifying the leads.
• Addition of new customer’s / product information into the CRM system, if data isn’t available.
• Call existing customers and distributors and close the issues, if any in- coordination with sales team.
Escalate any complaints.
• Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager
• Expertise in CRM principles and practical sales and marketing application in a B2B environment.
• Extensive knowledge of acquisition and retention marketing techniques both online and offline.
• Experienced in working with and analyzing large datasets, with the ability to deep dive and derive actionable insights both at the strategic and tactical level.
• Technical knowledge of CRM systems.

• Excellent communication in verbal and written are mandatory
• SAP or ERP knowledge is mandatory
• South Indian candidates are most preferable for client communication
