As our Customer Relationship Executive, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and improving our online presence by monitoring and responding to customer feedback on Google and other review sites.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Monitoring and responding to customer feedback on Google and other review sites to improve our online presence
Collaborating with other departments to identify and address customer concerns
Continually improving your skills and knowledge to enhance customer relationships and exceed expectations

Has a proven track record in sales and customer service
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Takes a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving
Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of social media marketing and online presence management would be an advantage.
