CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVES :
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE :
• Deliver organization details in order to persuade potential customers.
• Explain about clients and answer questions from customers.
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, and fix appointments.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
• Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial donor contacts.
• Participate in the day to day work of the organisation – such as reporting, attending team and Board meetings as required, and taking a flexible approach to general administrative and support tasks.
• Participate in staff appraisals and appropriate training for the role.
