We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic team members for the role of ‘Customer Relationship Officer’.

Below given is the job description for this job position.

Job Description:

Lead Generation and Lead Management: Generating new business leads through digital and other mediums, explaining to them about the company's profile, explaining the business model to them, and successful conversion.

On-line business agents' (PoSP) registration.

After-sales support to the appointed agents.

Coordinating with PoSPs for training, business, claims, and other business matters.

Other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn new things for career growth.

• Communication skills (In at least one of the languages: Gujarati, Hindi, English)

• Basic knowledge about data entry in computer (MS Word, Excel, etc.)

• Graduate in any discipline.
