To perform or ensure performance of any and all activities necessary to improve and maintain the highest possible dealership customer satisfaction.

Calling the customers of 1st , 2nd and 3rd free services and taking appointments.

Calling the customers of Periodic maintenance customers and taking appointments.

Calling the post service follow up customer and make complaints report.

To call JD power customers

Attending the Reception calls.

No show customers follow up.

Sending service greetings.

Acknowledge and welcome each customer to the facility.

Any other work assigned from time to time.
