Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service,

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and queries promptly.

Handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve any issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Assist in the implementation of customer retention strategies.

Coordinate with various teams (sales, operations, and technical) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Collect feedback from customers to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, inquiries, and resolution outcomes.

Support the Chennai office operations by managing day-to-day tasks, including handling customer documents, payments, and correspondence.

Assist in organizing customer-focused events and meetings.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account details.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in customer service or client relationship management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluent in Tamil and English.

Additional Requirements:

Prior experience in managing office operations is a plus.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
