Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Reports to: Customer Relationship Manager/Team Lead
Job Summary:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
2. Understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure timely issue resolution.
3. Conduct customer feedback sessions to improve our products/services.
Customer Support:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to seniors.
3. Provide product/service information, demos, and training.
Sales and Business Development:
1. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and propose tailored solutions.
2. Achieve sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Data Management and Analysis:
1. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
2. Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
3. Provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
Essential Skills:
1. 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management or sales.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong customer focus and conflict resolution abilities.
4. Proficiency in CRM software (., Salesforce).
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
1. Industry-specific knowledge (., finance, healthcare).
2. Certification in customer relationship management (., CRM, CRM-IT).
3. Experience with sales Annal
