We're actively looking for a confident and empathetic individual as a Customer Relationship Executive who will manage our Customer Relationship Management system and support the team in achieving their target.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes in the IT industry. To be successful as a relationship executive, you should ensure alignment between our organization's objectives and each client's needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
2. Building and maintaining good relationships with key clients.
3. Developing plans to address clients' needs and requirements.
4. Approaching prospective clients to build rapport.
5. Coordination with client's internal team, and other departments.
6. Replying to clients via email, messages, etc.
7. Updating the clients about the latest services to increase the organization's sales.
8. Experience in the It industry is a plus.
Requirements and Skills
1. Should be a smart communicator with good people skills.
2. Highly Energetic, helpful, and proactive approach with abilities to meet client's requirements.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
4. Proven experience working with CRM software, preferably in a sales or marketing role.
