Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
Manage CRM system, including user accounts and settings.
Ensure system performance and data accuracy.
Apply updates and configure new features.
User Support and Training:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
Create and deliver training sessions and guides.
Handle CRM-related queries.
Data Management:
Oversee data entry, quality, and migration.
Cleanse and validate data to keep it current.
Generate and analyze reports for decision-making.
System Optimization:
Work with stakeholders to tailor CRM functions.
Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
Keep up with CRM best practices.
Integration and Development:
