Job Description

-Engage with premium customers through outbound calls to build and maintain strong relationships.

-Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.

-Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

-Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and gather insights for continuous improvement.

-Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to premium customers.

-Assist in organizing customer events and engagement activities to foster community and loyalty
