We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage our relationships with our customers and ensure that they are satisfied with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and address their queries in a timely and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on all customer inquiries.
Achieving sales targets and objectives as set by the Sales Manager
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Fresher- 1 Years experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Candidates from Chakkarakkal - Kannur are only preferred.
