### Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.

2. Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support.

3. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and services, and communicate this information to relevant departments.

4. Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Sales Support: Assist in upselling and cross-selling products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
